Quick question. Are there any region champs we know so far? I'm pretty sure Rugby and Larimore are locked in at number one but could be wrong. Know Oakes and Carrington have to play, and Hazen and Killdeer. Any carifications?

Larimore is not a lock...I know there are scenarios to drop them out (unlikely but still scenarios). Check here: viewtopic.php?f=58&t=12384
