I see that Regions 1, 2 and 4 have their own topics...how about Region 3?

Rugby is ranked 5 right now and DL-B was receiving votes. DL-B was very tough last year and return both running backs who are bruisers. It sounds like Harvey competed with Carrington besides a few fumbles lost. Lewis & Clark/ORCS pummeled Southern McLean last week. Velva got beat by Minot Ryan, but they always seem to be competitive. Surrey, Williams County and Bottineau I don't know much about, maybe they aren't much to talk about.

Any predictions for this region?

Ya ...I can see Rugby and Dl-B going 1,2 either way... Lewis and Clark has athletic kids that play hard. Harvey may fair well. Velva coached well and can be scrappy towards end of season.
