Hard to say with all the tie possiblilities but if Wahp beats Valley like they should and lisbon wins then they will play Lisbon i think. If it goes the other way I think they will play Central Cass.

The west is set:

#1 - Trinity
#2 - Devils Lake
#3 - Carrington
#4 - St. Mary's

The east is set:

#1 - Wahpeton
#2 - Shanley
#3 - Central Cass
#4 - Lisbon

First round looks like this:
St. Mary's at Wahpeton
Central Cass at Devils Lake
Carrington at Shanley
Lisbon at Trinity
