id have to say its gunna be vc and dl because they are both good running teams... but if dl can get ethan k. back they should be in good shape. but in the end i see dl coming up big. expectially after getting humiliated in the championship and not being able to put up any points... they want some revenge to get back and take the ship home..

They may want that revenge but for as long as i can remmber, vc has not had this much success in a long long time. It will come down to DL and VC.

In the west I think any of the top four could knock each other off on any given night. Beulah proved that against Trinity, the Titans had Hazen on the ropes (the game was much closer then the score indicates) and Watford stole one from Hazen. Interesting race and I think they will compete fairly well in the opening round of the playoffs...

I know Devils Lake and Valley City are locked in, but who will be number 3/4 in the EAST?
will it be Oak Grove, Grafton, or Bottineau that has to sit out?

Grafton and Bottineau play on the 17th. If Bottineau wins, I think Grafton will have to beat DL to make the playoffs. If Bottineau wins I think they will be the three seed.

Playoffs:

Valley City--Has clinched the #2 seed in Region 1. Clinches #1 seed with a win or a Devils Lake loss.

Devils Lake--Clinches a playoff berth with a win or losses by both Bottineau and Grafton. Clinches #2 seed with a win and a Grafton loss, a Bottineau win over Grafton and a loss to Grafton by 8 or less, losses by both Bottineau and Grafton and two wins by Oak Grove, or with a Bottineau win over Grafton, two wins by Central Cass, and a loss to Grafton by 11 or less. Clinches the #3 seed with a win or a Bottineau win over Grafton. Clinches #4 seed with two wins by Bottineau, a Fargo Oak Grove loss, and a loss to Grafton. Misses playoffs with two losses, a loss to Grafton by 17 points or more, two wins by Bottineau, two wins by Fargo Oak Grove, and Oak Grove’s name being drawn from the hat first on step three of the tiebreaker.

how can Beulah be #4 when they beat Dickinson Trinity and Minot Ryan unless they loss to Bowman Co., and No Hazen cant possibly be number 2, unless if WC losts to Ryan which i dout

Ill be really surprised if VC loses to their last 2 teams (Central Cass and Carrington) They are playing way to good right now. And since DL probably wont lose for the rest of the reg season VC has to have the #1 spot with a flawless record

DL will have to play a really good game to beat Grafton.
