But both of these teams weren't winning at the lower level how would they compete at a higher level.

I'm guessing you're talking about Standing Rock and Turtle Mtn.  Four Winds also wasn't competing at the 9man level so when the state moved them up to 11 man they dropped their program to a JV level and continued playing an independant 9man schedule.  FW has been building their program back up, tho, and am guessing after the next classification they will be put back in 9man and play a varsity schedule.

Montana has about 300,000 more people but they have 5 different fooball classifications.  I'm not sure how well that works.

What kind of an affect do you all see a 4th high school in Fargo having on this situation?
I never blame myself when I'm not hitting. I just blame the bat and if it keeps up, I change bats. After all, if I know it isn't my fault that I'm not hitting, how can I get mad at myself?

yes it a tough situation. but in my opinion if you drop aa down to a you are just gong to make a 9 man state with way over half the teams in 9 man. i konw its a good game but many towns would like to play 11 but play teams their size not 3x bigger.
