When is a coach allowed to touch a ref?

I'm sure you are talking about the St. Mary's Lisbon game. But if you look at the game on BEK Tv you see that the ref touched the coach first.

When is a player allowed to punch another player? Also talking about the st. Mary's Lisbon game and from what I remember a Lisbon player punched a st. Mary's player in the face not once but three times
