The way the announcers are going crazy...along with crowd..not once...but continuously...sounds like refs aren't that "football intelligent".

Yes either way the refs get blamed I'm cure carrington got away with penalties also. The commenters always over react to refs. They always use their sarcastic comments to blame the game on the refs both teams have had great seasons but game is over now. Nothing they can do now

They got blamed in the Packers-Seahawks game also. People will always find a way to complain.

By that, I think you mean that the Carrington radio guys often overreact to the refs, and I would agree. I listened to a different game involving Carrington this year and their presentation was very one-sided. They were constantly pointing out penalties that could have been called on the visiting team, and they questioned nearly everything called on Carrington.

I guess there are two approaches that the radio guys can take - they can try to be "fair and balanced," or they can be homers for their team. The Carrington guys take the 'homer' approach, from my experience. That's fine, I guess, but the listeners will end up thinking that Carrington got jobbed by the refs every time they lose.

Precisely when all in all refs miss calls on both sides of the ball. No matter what it happens that's a part of the game. Always has always will be.

With respect to the "we got jobbed" notion, does anyone really think the officials care who wins a high school football game in North Dakota? Of course they miss calls, like anyone of us would, but inferring an offical is purposefully one sided is kind of ludicrous considering the relative importance of these games. I have made this error myself before and when I take a step back it really is crazy to think that.

With respect to the refs, they have two eyes which to see at a different angle then what we, the "home crowd," see in the stands. Just a little food for thought.

To get "respect" you have to give it...

Honestly, I do think some refs do care. Maybe not an entire crew, but I have a hard time believing there hasn't come a time where a ref has purposely screwed a team. Is it rare? Most likely. Has it happened before? Probably.

I completly agree with you Indy. I have seen many games where one ref always seems to make that key call on big plays, or just blows the call so badly, that it makes you wonder if he's bias or just has no clue what he is doing. I don't mind bad officiating as much if they are bad both ways.
