I agree also. It's gonna be williston vs bismarck in the championship. But the real question is that is someone from the west gonna finally win a first round game at state because there was close calls for the east last year. Does it mean the west is getting better or is it just that the east just underestimates what the west can do?

no he means that the west doesnt realize what they can do if they play to their full potential and realize they can play with the east correct?

yes the west goes in with a bad attitude already it needs to change for success we thought we could do it for 2 periods and we played with south and in the 3rd our fire died and we didnt finish

Same with us. Williston played with Red River till about 2-3 minutes left in the 3rd.

ya and that was our 3 and 4 seeds it can easily happen with the right attitude and the hardest work of your life for 3 days

I agree the west should go in with some confidence you work really hard and good things will happend and the west will play with the east if we're confident.

i think the east and west should have more regular season games against each other too maybe make it mandatory for you to play at least 4 or 5 teams

Wont happened till the west can prove they can play with the east, its not much of a game if there sitting there starting line and goalie and losing a game off the schedule that they could have scheduled with a more challenging oppenent from minnesota.

I'm sorry ditka14 but were u not at state last year. Williston stuck with Red River till what.....2 minutes left in the 3rd! Century did the same with Fargo South. Both of those teams proved that they can play with the east and i'm sure they gain some respect from the east players and coaches.

how can a west team prove that without playing east teams? i think the west has to play a few games regular season to feel out the east and figure out it just takes some hard work to skate with an east team the whole game
