i would say its a toss up between South, Bismarck, and Century.

Using that logic, BHS should be 6 goals better than Central. That being said, it is very clear that both CHS and BHS have greatly improved throughout the season. BHS is very physical (just ask South) and CHS is very skilled. I also find it very interesting that no one is giving Williston any love. Mr. Nelson is very fun to watch and South better be ready for a very good top line from Williston.

I really don't think RR should be embarrassed at all. They lost in overtime to South (probably the second best team in the state) the night before, and I'm sure they played their hearts out against a decent WF team. They just came up short. Going to state for 42 years in a row is nothing to be ashamed of. Red River kids should be proud of what they have been able to accomplish over the years.

Grafton, West Fargo, and Minot beat Bismarck High so I wouldn't consider them the state's second best team. Century lost to Bismarck High twice, West Fargo, and Central, which wasn't even a close game (shots were 43 - 12). Furthermore, sweeping teams like Bottineau, Hazen / Beulah, Dickinson, and Minot isn't exactly impressive.
