Central v. North

Well, the game went well for GFC! I will say that GFC needs to take advantage of their shots if they hope to compete with the top EDC teams. GFC out shot North 37 to 19. Honestly after the first period the ice was tilted and North never sustained any pressure. The one item that may be overlooked here is the solid play from the Central blue liners. The group GFC is putting on the ice has been doing a great job moving the puck, making smart plays, and limiting the opposition's chances. The line of Moody, Purpur, and Hatt combined for 7 points and factored into 3 of the 4 goals. Tanner Spicer scored the other goal. North is a solid team that may surprise some if they are taken lightly and they improve. Next, Fargo South, now that will be a test.
