By - Law Amendment Proposed

Postby eagle101 » Fri Dec 18, 2009 10:09 am

I read on the NDHSAA web site that there is a proposed amendment change in January that changes the number to 325 for enrollment. There is a link on their main page. I am assuming this is in reference to Valley City in their move to Class B.
Couple questions:
Does this effect any other schools that have an enrollment between 325 and 400 other than Valley City?
What is the procedure on January 25th?

The following is the link for the language in the amendment.

It looks like St Mary's may drop down to Class B with these numbers. They have 322 enrolled as of 2008-09 yr.

The number is currently 400 and St. Mary's opts up. So does Fargo Shanley.
