North Dakota Preps

WIth this game being played this coming Saturday I thought I would see what kind of predictions people might have for the renewed rivalry.

NDSU by 30+

I'm gonna say Bison by 20. Bison are light years ahead of the Sioux right now and it will show up on Saturday. My real interest in this game is gonna be the fans, and see how intense it will be between these two rivals.

UND in overtime 88-87 Go Sioux!!!!!!! its exhibition time

People are making a pretty big deal over this game reigniting the rivalry, and as cool as it's gonna be watch the sioux and bison square off again...this rivalry isn't going to be crazy until the football teams match up...ps go sioux!

I'll take Bison by 8.

Bison win by double digits, let's say 15. The Bison are much further along the D-I path than the Sioux, but UND at least has some D-I caliber perimter players now with Huff and Webb. Mitchell is a good player. UND has no answer for Tveidt. Coleman, Bjorkland, Wright, Braun, Carlson will be tough matchups as well, they're just better than their Sioux counterparts. I'm beginning to think my self into a blowout....I think UND finds a way to keep it respectable, try to limit possessions. 9000 plus, it will be a great atmosphere.

UND will upset the Bison I think the Bison won't know what hit them.

RPI #59 vs. #305 If UND wins it won't just be a big win against a rival, it will be a big win period!!

interesting thing is that its only an exhibition game...so if I heard correctly it doesn't affect the RPI or records..

I wonder why they only have it as exibition? Anybody know a reason? Just because UND is in transition?

Where did you hear this? ESPN has it on the schedule, and they dont put exhibition games on the schedule. i'd also be EXTREMELY suprised if UND is an exhibition game while Mayville and Valley City are regualr games

heard it on the news last night but the news has been wrong before

On the gobison.com page they list the crookston and concordia games as exhibitions, but has not mention of the UND game being an exhibition.

News always seems to think they are right even if they are told they are wrong by the people with actual knowledge. My personal favorite is a paper in Kansas who calls KU Kansas Universtiy when they have received numerous complaints and letters from the administration that its the University of Kansas despite being known as KU.

I hate how "the news" are the people who do the most assuming, yet NEVER admit to being wrong. If they report it wrong, always blame someone else haha
