in the press release roger ternes (dickinson state ad) says that fridley is an energetic recruiter and proven coach. he brings to the table significant coaching experience and four years experience in coaching women.
in the release, fridley says he will try to develop an up-tempo style of play, play a disciplined game and offensively his team will have to understand good shots and what are not good shots. defensively he will look to install a pressure, player-to-player style.

Posted: Fri Apr 07, 2006 5:32 amI think Fridley was a good choice. He will do a good job. It would be neat if Dicky would schedule a non conference game with U of Mary and then the Fridley boys can coach against each other.
