I think St. Mary's and Century will be the top 2.  It will be just about dead even.

St. Marys will only be top 2 if Welk and Bohl go low.  Other then those two golfers they are very inconsistent.

Everyone talks about Bryce Bohl for St. Mary's, but I think Welk is their best golfer, he is just on fire right now.

Welk is on fire, but I dont see him playing #1.  He might deserve it but Bryce has been solid this year and took 2nd in state last year.  Either way they have a solid top 2.

Jordan Van De Voort out of DL is really going to bring his A game the next few meets so everyone from South you better watch out. If he is on he can shoot the lights out!!

My pre-season pick to take it all at state and edc meet is Cory Bieber out of DL.

He might shoot lights out but wont beat all the kids from South.  They are in a different level when it comes to golf.

I think St. Mary's will squeak by Century at WDA.  With either Welk, Bohl, Feist, or Mabin winning medalist.

I agree with the individual medalist. Maybe throw Jordan kelley of minot in there as well.  As for team title its up in the air.  It just depends on the 3rd and 4th scores on each team.

Jordan Van de Voort is in the top 10 in the region right now and he has won a meet so i dont know what you are talking about. When he was little he went to the west and beat Bryce Bohl, and Alex Mabin like every meet. You better watch out for Carson thompson too.

We aren't talking about who beat who when they were little.  We are talking in the present.  And the discusion was on who would win west region medalist.  Van de Voort isn't even in the west, so maybe you should think before you start typing next time.

Does it really matter who wins the  west??

South is just too good when you have 6 guys capable of breaking 70 no one is going to touch or get a sniff of them at state

Yeah but state isnt going to be on a course that South plays on and knows very well this year.
