Finishing Moves

Postby Mailman_25 » Tue Aug 02, 2011 11:39 pm

Watched some classic AWA wrestling on ESPN Classic tonight and it got me thinking - What was my favorite WWE/WWF/WCW/AWA wrestler's finishing move of all-time?

Top 3:
1. Jake "The Snake" Robert's DDT
2. Stone Cold Stunner
3. HBK's Sweet Chin Music

Side Note - When I was younger, my brothers and I used to do some of these moves and the "Boston Crab" frickin hurts!

I am a big fan of the Diamond Cutter/RKO used by Diamond Dallas Page and Randy Orton respectively.

I really like CM kid's GTS (Go To Sleep)

Can't go wrong with a good ole powerbomb.

I think I'd probably say my favorite is Triple H's Pedigree. That could also be because he's one of my all time favorites too.

Love the idea for the thread!!

I also have to go with the pedigree by Triple H, but I liked the people's elbow by the Rock also. How about your favorite finishing move by one of the Divas? Oh wait, their not on because of their skills :)!

The Stone Cold Stunner is by far my favorite. The Undertaker's tombstone is another good one.

Gotta go old school...The Baron had "The Claw" and I can't remember who did it first back in the '70-80s, but somebody had "The Sleeper". Andre the Giant had a great finishing move as well.
