Last year in the minors they suspended 38 guys in a day I'm pretty sure a good number of them are new school guys. Is Puljos a steroid user?? I have no clue and don't care unless proven otherwise. it might not sound like much...but considering he made the leap from AA ball to the majors it kind of makes sense.
supposively, it isn't just a problem with pujols, a lot of foreign players aren't exactly accurate about their age. it kind of makes sense...if you have a 25-year-old putting up huge numbers and he tells you he is 23...suddenly you have a phenom on your hands.
especially when the american players are scouted to death and every fault is exposed and analyzed, it gives them a certain edge.
it certainly isn't to take anything away from pujols...he is a flat out stud and should be considered an intentional walk every time he comes to the plate.
but other than the nba this is about as conspiracy theory as i get.
