What music do you listen to on your IPOD before a game, or just to get your blood pumping.  I'm probably a little older than average on the board, but I like Linkin Park, Seether, etc.  Even a little Eminem.

The "Rocky IV" soundtrack always works for me.  I also like The Greg Kihn Band - "The Breakup Song".

when i need to get jacked up about something (usually mowing the yard/shoveling the driveway), i turn to these ditties...

static x - dirthouse or destroy all, though for the most part any static x works well

clutch - 10001110101 (not really good for exercising or to get jacked up i suppose, but continues to be a favorite)

slipknot - everything ends

metallica - anything prior to their black cover album

nonpoint - the tribute (i find the song funny)

prong - snap your fingers, snap your neck...(for those into ecw entrance themes)

dope - debonaire...(for those into ecw entrance themes)

spineshank - synthetic (deeply reflective lyrics that make an interesting statement...and all of that can be completely lost because the music sounds decent)

system of a down - sugar (fun fun)

theatre of tragedy - crash concrete (little 'electronic' for my taste, but not horrible)

ultraspank - 5 (eh...reminds me of college)

some band i can't remember their name - chemical (really catchy, especially the opening)

haydn - the suprise symphony (amazing)

i like to listen to Remember the Name by Fort Minor. It was the warmup song for the bowman bulldogs this year.

My senior year in high school we listened to a remix of "we will rock you" by snoop dogg. Wasnt much of a favorite with the older folks in the crowd but it got you ready to play.
