 Hello everyone!

I added a modification to the board where we can give other members respect. 
The more people that you give respect to, the less effect it has for each person.  For example if you only give respect to only one person they will get all of it.  If you give it to 10 people they will divide it.

So don't get upset if your respect jumps up, then goes back down a little.
