Does anyone know for sure what the points record is for a season in ND highs school hockey? I was wondering how close Melland was with 80 this past season. I have heard rumors that Mike Peluso had 98 or something one year for BHS. Does anyone know for sure?

i think your right about peluso someone might of even had 100pts not sure though but you are right about peluso

i think your right about peluso someone might of even had 100pts not sure though but you are right about peluso
I dont quite remember the year but i believe jermey asheim has the record with 99 total points ( he was peluso's linemate it was their senior year)

I know I heard a 99 points from someone on the forums before, but am unsure of who it was.

Asheim was a senior, Peluso was a junior. Peluso played Jr. A his senior year. Asheim had 99, I think Peluso had 98.

I think it is actually Emily Sell from Williston. Nobody specified boys or girls.

One could say the same thing about points a player accumulates in the west compared to points a player scores in the east. Let's not knock a player for scoring 116 points in junior gold. The topic was the most points by a High School Player, and not junior gold.
I'm pretty sure it was 99 points by Jeremy Asheim from Bismarck High in 1992. By coincidence, that was the only time ND had a state final where both teams were from the west, Minot Magicians (and the Tom Philion show) vs. Bismarck High Demons.

it was peluso with 99, ashiem with 98, and philion was third with 75.

He had over fifty goals and i think it was around 25 assists.

The trashy part about that is he didn't even win Mr. Hockey when the next closest that year had about half as many points as him.

I'm sorry, but Mr. Hockey has nothing to do with someone scoring points. There has been a discussion before about the point differences between EDC teams, and WDA teams.

so if someone scores over 90 pts and someone else scores 10 and they score a goal in overtime in the wda they are going to win. because thats pretty much what happened.

ya but then herbel won it a couple years later and he wasnt nearly as good
