Correct me if I am wrong but Bryce Schmitt is a freshman, and he is very good. But where is Stremick at this year?

I think it's more wishful thinking than actual expectations that DL will win state. Just let them have their fun as they compete for the 3 or 4 spot in the east and a likely semifinal birth at state, something not likely to happen even if they were #1 in the west.

i dont no how good mandan is but bhs played a good game against us and if they play like that im guessing mandan won't come out with two points.

Wasnt Bismarck the top team in the west? If thats true, its gunna be a sad state tournament for the west. might as well not even make the trip to the palace on the prairie. haha

Minot High and Bismarck High play tonight in a game that likley decides the west region regular season #1 and #2 spots in the standings. Bismarck High is in the driver seat right now with a 11-1 region record and Minot High is a close 2nd with a 10-1 record. Minot's leading scorer is Nathan Stremick with 33 points (16g,17a) Bismarck's leading scorer is Andrew Seeberg with 22 points (12g,10a). Minot High beat Bismarck 2-1 earlier in the year.
* (Minot has won the last 9 games they've played against Bismarck)
